Sacramento SPCA feral spay clinics (second, third and fourth Sundays of each month).$15 per cat includes spay/neuter, FVRCP and rabies vaccinations, flea treatment and a mandatory ear tip. To reserve a spot at one of these clinics, you may e-mail them at feralcats@sspca.org or call (916) 383-7387, ext. 9287.
